Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
 
 
Yield: 3 cups
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup light mayonnaise
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1½ cups low-fat buttermilk
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp mustard powder
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ tsp granulated sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk and milk in a bowl and whisk until smooth and well combined. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Chill for at least two hours before using. Thin with more buttermilk or milk if desired.
